Faisal Riaz

Faisal Riaz Abbasi is our Director of Finance, bringing over 12 years of expertise in finance and accounting. He possesses a solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA), US GAAP, and the Saudi Organization of Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA). He holds a CA (Inter) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and a degree from Punjab University.

His experience covers statutory audits, financial advisory, internal audits, and investigatory audits across sectors such as power and energy, engineering, telecom, IT, NGOs, and construction. Faisal has extensive experience working with major donors, including the EU, ECHO, UNICEF, WEP, SCI, Global Fund, World Bank, and the Norwegian Embassy. He has held senior roles, including Deputy Director of Finance at MERLIN, Capital Finance Manager, and Finance and Audit Manager at ACF International Pakistan.
