MERF under partnership agreement with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) and the European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) implemented the COVID-19 response in Pakistan. This project provided on-ground medical and health support in response to pandemic in three provinces i.e. Sindh, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, accompanied by a mass awareness campaign to sensitize communities about prevention and treatment of COVID-19.
