Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah Pays Surprise Visit to Civil Hospital Thatta

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah conducted a surprise visit to Civil Hospital Thatta, inspecting multiple departments including Emergency, Medical, Surgical, and Gynecology Wards.

During the visit, he personally interacted with patients, inquiring about the quality of medical services, availability of medicines, cleanliness standards, and the behavior of healthcare staff.

Patients and their attendants expressed satisfaction with the hospital’s facilities and the timely medical care being provided.

Healthcare services at Civil Hospital Thatta are being delivered under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model with the support of MERF – Medical Emergency Resilience Foundation.

The Chief Minister stated that the Sindh Government aims to expand this successful model to other districts, ensuring uniform and high-quality healthcare services across the province.
