Fozia Naeem

Fozia Naeem is a visionary and strategic HR professional with expertise in HR planning, policy development, and management. She holds an MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Preston University (2008), a Master’s in International Relations from NUML (2005), and a BBA in HRM from New Ports Institute (2003). Known for her quick decision-making and ability to benchmark and standardize operations, Fozia is a dedicated problem solver, focused on delivering mutually beneficial solutions.

Since April 2016, Fozia has been serving as the HR Manager at the Medical Emergency Resilience Foundation (MERF), where she continues to excel in managing HR functions.
