Quetta Urban Survey

The Quetta Urban Survey was World Bank funded study carried out by MERF. It was a cross-sectional household survey that aimed to gather data about the quality of life and access to basic services and infrastructure in urban areas. It included a range of themes such as water and sanitation, solid waste management, urban poverty, gender issues, labor market participation, economic empowerment, domestic and international migration as well as individual aspirations. The survey also had a focus on studying the living conditions and economic contributions of the Afghan population residing in Quetta.
